We have so many great events going on right now and we are so proud to be sponsoring the Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run and Classic Car Show! Marine Cpl. Kenny Kalish, a former Hutchinson resident who survived injuries from an explosion while on foot patrol in Afghanistan last week, was scheduled to be flown back to the U.S. today.

Kalish, a 2007 Hutchinson High School graduate, was on a mission clearing Improvised Explosive Devices from an Afghanistan bazaar when he stepped on a pressure plate causing a 10-pound IED to explode.
